Allow/Block/Graymail Management in User Center
INKY now provides users with enhanced control over their email filtering directly from the User Center. This new feature allows individual users to manage their personal Allow, Block, and Graymail lists, giving them more autonomy over which emails they receive and how they're categorized.
Key Benefits:
- User-level control over email filtering preferences
- Simplified management interface within User Center
- Separate lists for Allow, Block, and Graymail categorization
Activity Feed for MS Tenants
Microsoft 365 tenant administrators can now enable the Activity Feed feature to begin capturing comprehensive sign-in event data. This foundational feature sets the stage for enhanced security monitoring and future improvements.
The Activity Feed must be enabled to start collecting data for the new sign-in events page and upcoming security features. This is a critical first step for organizations looking to enhance their security posture. Note: Activity Feed is available exclusively on INKY Standard, Professional, and Advanced SKUs for M365. This feature is not available on legacy SKUs, providing another compelling reason to upgrade to our modern product offerings.
How to Enable:
- Navigate to your API Access Page
- Locate the "Activity Feed" enable button within the Domain and Directory section
- Click to enable the feature
Improved Date Selections
Date selection functionality has been enhanced across the Overview, Reports, and Quarantine pages to provide more accurate and intuitive data filtering:
Improvements:
- "Today so far" - Now properly ends at midnight of the current day, ensuring page refreshes display new data
- "Last X Days" - Updated to include data up through the current day, providing a complete picture of recent activity
These changes ensure users always see the most current and relevant data when analyzing their email security metrics.
Gen AI Category Labels
INKY has added new category labels specifically designed to identify and classify content generated by AI systems. This enhancement helps organizations better understand and manage AI-generated communications within their email ecosystem.
Additional Signature Font Sizes
To provide more flexibility in email signature formatting, INKY now offers two additional smaller font size options. These new sizes complement the existing options and allow for more refined signature designs while maintaining readability.
New Options:
- Additional smaller font sizes for signature text
- Maintains compatibility with all email clients
- Preserves professional appearance at reduced sizes
Improved Shared Mailbox Support
INKY has enhanced support for shared mailboxes across several key areas:
Enhanced Capabilities:
- Reporting: Improved email reporting functionality for shared mailboxes
- Authenticated Actions: Better support for authenticated user actions on shared mailbox messages
- Graymail Foldering: Enhanced graymail organization and foldering for shared mailbox accounts
These improvements ensure that teams using shared mailboxes can benefit from the same powerful INKY features available to individual users, making collaborative email management more secure and efficient.
